WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATION PROJECTS IN AUSTIN, TX
RESIDENTIAL GLAZING INSTALATION
location Austin (Tx, USA) /
year 2025 /duration 6 days
The window installation project for a private residence in Austin became an example of precise integration of European technology within the American construction framework. The scope included the full installation of 40 window and door units — from fixed and tilt-and-turn systems to sliding and pivot doors — all fabricated according to European standards and mounted in compliance with Texas state building codes.

Particular attention was given to airtightness and climate
resistance.

Each unit was installed with certified waterproofing,
vapor, and thermal insulation systems — essential for the
region’s challenging climate conditions marked by
heavy rains and sharp temperature changes.

The project was completed within six days: three days for the main installation phase and three for final calibration, sealing, and performance testing.

The result demonstrated exceptional coordination, speed, and technical precision, with all elements leveled by laser, fine-tuned, and tested for flawless functionality.

LARGE-SCALE GLAZING PROJECT
location Lake Travis (Tx, USA) /
year 2026 /duration 9 days
A large-scale glazing installation completed for a private residence near Lake Travis, Texas. The scope included 38 custom window systems, oversized openings, and European sliding door solutions designed for modern architectural integration.

The project featured Alumil S650 multi-panel sliders with pocket-door systems fully concealed within the wall structure, combined with floor-to-ceiling glazing and integrated hidden screen solutions.

Special focus was placed on clean alignment, airtight installation, and weather resistance. All systems were laser-leveled, sealed, and calibrated on site for long-term performance in Texas climate conditions.

The project included an integrated Alumil S650 sliding partition system recessed into the architectural structure. The installation required concealed framing within the wall assembly, recessed track integration in the concrete slab, and precise alignment with the finished floor elevation.

Particular attention was given to substrate preparation, drainage integration, and panel alignment to ensure smooth operation, airtight sealing, and long-term durability.
Despite the complexity of the structure and large glass formats, the installation was completed with high technical precision, coordinated execution, and refined final detailing throughout the property.
