This project showcases an innovative approach to urban living.
All windows were upgraded to floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing, creating expansive views and maximizing natural light.
Installing these large panels on the 24th floor required specialized access. The work was completed by rope access technicians (alpinists) without the use of cranes, solving a complex logistical challenge in a dense urban setting. An integrated perimeter lighting system beneath the ceiling adds a subtle “floating ceiling” effect and enhances the overall space.
Every detail of the interior — from the travertine and solid wood kitchen island to the mature olive trees brought up to the 24th floor — reinforces a calm, tactile, and elevated living environment.
This apartment remodel focused on opening up the space and improving natural light through a complete window upgrade. All existing openings were redesigned and fitted with floor-to-ceiling glass systems, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the city skyline of Kyiv.
Working at height required a specialized installation approach. Large glass panels were delivered and installed using rope access technicians, allowing accurate positioning in a tight urban environment without heavy equipment.
Inside, the design emphasizes clean lines and natural materials. Custom wood elements, stone surfaces, and integrated lighting were used to create a warm, modern living space with a strong architectural identity.
This project focuses on precision-driven interior remodeling, blending custom millwork, high-end materials, and integrated systems into a clean, modern layout.
The kitchen was designed as a central functional hub, featuring a custom island, concealed ventilation, and fully built-in appliances for a seamless finish.
Flexible zoning was achieved with sliding and glass partitions, allowing privacy when needed while maintaining an open, light-filled space.
